At TV Premium, we strive to provide the best possible streaming experience. We understand that issues can arise, and we handle each refund request fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to be considered eligible.
2 Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- The service was not delivered or activated within 24 hours of payment
- A technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service entirely
- You were charged twice for the same subscription
- A billing error occurred and you were charged the wrong amount
3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have already accessed and used the service
- Refund request is made after 48 hours of purchase
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or incompatible hardware
- You changed your mind after purchase
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not offered
4 How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Reason for the refund request
- Any screenshots or evidence supporting your request

5 Refund Timeframe
Once your refund is approved, processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Non-refundable in crypto; credit may be offered instead
